IDR Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join one of our top clients! This role is vital in delivering personalized rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, enhancing their independence and quality of life while contributing to a compassionate healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in home health, geriatric care, or outpatient therapy.
- Strong assessment and communication skills to tailor patient care.
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans and document patient progress.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and enhancing patient mobility.
